No Lynch is the creator of Objective: Vain Space. I can't find much else about the guy. I think he made a MaGLX level or something? I know for sure he made "Have Some Goomba" (131st place) in MaGLX2 and "The 'Angelic' Arbiter" (16th place) in MaFAB, but I don't know about MaGLX1.
