Scorched Factory is the first stage on the path to the Flame Chip in Make a Good Mega Man Level: Episode Zero. One of the four coordinate locations Zero uses for tracking down SRARA, the level is a giant solar power centrifuge; complete with residual junk blocks, moving tracks of platforms and spikes, and rising lava in the second half.
Strategy
The stage starts with some simple enemy challenges with Palm Hoppers, a Kaminari Kogoro and a Dachone. The only thing to really worry about is not dashing too far to fall in the bed of spikes after the transition. After going inside and up, the main gimmick of the stage appears, the scrolling tiles. The challenges are spiced up with two more enemy introductions - the Mecha Pitchans and Tellies. In the room with the Tellies, there's a gap in the right wall that leads to a scrolling tiles challenge for a CD (59, Elemental Mechas). Take your time and know to ladder jump and you shouldn't have much trouble. The side path connects to the main path in a room with another Dachone. The next section goes outside the factory and is suspended over a bottomless pit. This section includes more Kaminari Kogoros along with Mecha Pitchans. The section goes up and loops around, with the top part having a vertical transition so the player falls to the bottom part in case they fall. Note that the Z-burst works great in this section. When you go back into the factory and after a couple of screens, you reach a checkpoint. The second tower of three focuses on the stomp, with scrolling tile challenges. The second challenge includes another CD (52, Fefnir). Wait for the wider gap and control your walking speed to get the CD. After a few more challenges, it's time for the midboss - Elemental Aces. Midboss defeated, it's time for a checkpoint and a new gimmick combo - junk blocks and rising lava. After a short corridor, you enter the third tower, with the lava acting as a time limit. Watch the background to see how far away the lava is and clear out junk blocks with the Z-Burst or Saber and you'll arrive at the boss corridor.
I'll beam you out after I finish my soap opera.

Trivia
- In an earlier version of the game, trying to call Knives from the designated spot just brings up error text. A video of this happening can be viewed here.
