Koopa Troopa is an enemy from the Super Mario Bros. series. It is a turtle-like being that serves as one of Bowser's primary footsoldiers.
Koopa Troopas appear as enemies in Make a Good Mega Man Level 2, appearing in the Tier X stage Mario Land. In this iteration, they look and behave as they did in Super Mario World. They return in Make a Good Mega Man Level: Episode Zero, appearing in the level Code Landfill, now with an immunity to being jumped on.
Behavior
Koopa Troopas walk forwards constantly, turning around if they reach a wall. Depending on the colour of their shell, they will react to ledges in one of two ways; green-shelled Koopa Troopas will carelessly walk off of them, while red-shelled Koopa Troopas will turn around to avoid falling off.
In MaGMML2, jumping on a Koopa Troopa will force it out of its shell, turning it into a Beach Koopa. The shell can then be kicked by jumping onto or running into it; however, this will not affect any entity other than Mario. If a Koopa Troopa is hit with a fireball or Spin Jump, it will be instantly destroyed without leaving a shell or becoming a Beach Koopa.
