Tel Tel is an enemy from Mega Man 7. It is a floating robot capable of controlling the weather.

Tel Tel is included in the Megamix Engine, and is planned to appear as a devkit enemy in Make a Good Mega Man Level 3 and Make a Good 48 Hour Mega Man Level.

Behavior

Tel Tels will float in place, and will not directly attack Mega Man. However, it can deal contact damage, and it will change the environment's weather when hit with certain attacks, permanently leaving after doing so.

Rainy weather is capable of destroying the following objects:

Snowy weather will cause Revealing Tiles to become visible.
