Neon Man is a boss in Make a Good Mega Man Level 2 who appears in his namesake stage.
Battle
Neon Man starts the battle by turning the room into a scrolling city background and firing a wide spread shot of 4 lasers. He then picks randomly between 4 moves:
- Fire a wide spread shot of 4 lasers.
- Fire a narrow spread shot of 4 lasers angled upwards.
- Run to the other side of the room. While doing this, an Apache Joe flies by and drops a bouncing red orb that follows Mega Man, will explode on contact with walls, and can be destroyed in 1 hit with the Mega Buster.
- Jump forwards. Neon Man will always use this after his running attack.
