Kouker Q is an enemy from Mega Man 5. It is an aerial attack robot developed after Rembakun (itself developed after Bombier), only it drops itself on foes as opposed to dropping bombs.
Kouker Q was first made available in the devkit for the original Make a Good Mega Man Level, but it appeared in no entries, only appearing in the Wily stage Flashback Database (even then, the remake omits it from the redesign of said stage).
Kouker Q returned in Make a Good Mega Man Level 2, where it appeared in the entry City Under Siege, as well as the Wily stages Outer Space, Unobtainium Mine, and Reality Core, the Tier X stage Swiss Hotel, and the Pit of Pits sublevel "Epic Wrap Battle". It also appeared in the Make a Good Mega Man Level: Episode Zero level Surfboard Showdown, and in Make a Good 48 Hour Mega Man Level as one of Don Atetemino's enemy summons (although a Kouker Q also appears in Tier 11 as an NPC, lampshading its absence from the game's entries).
Behavior
Kouker Q flies in from one side of the screen, and upon getting close enough to Mega Man, it will stop spinning its propeller and send a set of spikes out beneath it. It will then fall offscreen, attempting to hit Mega Man in doing so.
