Space Metall is an enemy from Mega Man 5. It is a Metall with jet engines and a space helmet, unable to shoot but ideal for space travel.

Space Metall was first made available in the devkit for Make a Good Mega Man Level 2, where it appeared in the entries Orbital Station, Starman Recreation, Cursor Curse, But It Lacked the Depth to Convince Me That This is Really Hell, Escape Sequence, Rad Gravity, and Guts Man's Asteroid, as well as the Wily stages Outer Space and Reality Core. It also appeared in the Make a Good 24 Hour Mega Man Level entry Breaking Ground, and the Make a Good Mega Man Level: Episode Zero levels Entrance to Tier X, Ice Breaker, and Null and Void.

In Make a Good 48 Hour Mega Man Level, Space Metall was used in the entry Running Down a Drain, and is also one of multiple enemies that Don Atetemino is capable of spawning.

Behavior

Space Metalls will chase Mega Man constantly. They will stop moving while they're close enough to Mega Man (even if their current position is not in a place that would harm him).

Notes

  • In the MaGMML2 devkit and Megamix Engine, Space Metall is referred to as "Space Metool".
