Jordan Delp, also known as TheSkipper1995, is a prolific fangame developer in the Mega Man community. Among his most well-known creations are the fangames Mega Man: Dr. Wily's Final Attack and Mega Man 2: Atari Demake, as well as Mega Man 3 Revamped, a ROMhack of Mega Man 3 that significantly upgrades and improves several of the original game's flaws. He is also a former beta tester for Mega Man Maker, which uses a modified Atomic Fire inspired by its function in Skipper's own Mega Man 2: Atari Demake. Currently, he is helping to develop the fangames Mega Man Shattered Diamond and Mega Man Perfect Blue.
Among all this, he also entered into the Make a Good Mega Man Level 2 contest; his entry, Bond Man, scored 19th place overall. He also contributed five sublevels to The Pit of Pits: "A light challenge.", "A missiled opportunity", "What a rush!", "Wood you please be careful?", and "You know the Drill". One of his creations from Mega Man: Dr Wily's Final Attack, Lord Elewoofro, also appears as the boss of Tier 5.
