Shinryu is a YouTuber known for his playthroughs of Mega Man fangames, and his often harsh criticisms towards them. For Make a Good Mega Man Level 2, he submitted the entry Identity Crisis, which scored first place and made him win the entire contest. He also produced two rooms for the Pit of Pits and one room for Null and Void, as well as coming up with the concept of Volt Man the Assimilator. He also participated in Make a Good 48 Hour Mega Man Level, where he submitted the level Mystic Museum, which also ended up getting first place.
For Make a Good Mega Man Level 3, Shinryu was selected to be one of the judges.
