Beak is an enemy from Mega Man 1. It is a dome-shaped robot with a cannon inside its "mouth".
Beak was first made available in the devkit for the original Make a Good Mega Man Level contest, where it appeared in the entries Sunset Siege, Sky Ziggurat, Napalm Forest and Caves, Maze of Death, and Citadel Basement.
Beak returned in Make a Good Mega Man Level 2, where it appeared in the entries Colorful Hall, Something Original, MegaLondo, Candy Panic, Orbital Station, Poorly Named Level, A Mega Man for All Seasons, Gunpowder Cellar, and Bond Man. It also appears in the Wily stages Classic Castle and Reality Core, the Tier X stage Null and Void, and the Pit of Pits rooms "Boobeak Trap", "Citadel Basement Shenanigans", "Labyrinthe Throwback", and "MEG4KMAN". It also appears in the Make a Good Mega Man Level 3 Judge Application Level Midnight Man.
