Baby Metall is an enemy from Mega Man 5. It is a tiny Metall with a pacifier, deployed from Metall Mommy.

Baby Metall was first made available in the devkit for Make a Good Mega Man Level 2. In addition to appearing in every level that used Metall Mommy, it made independent appearances in the entries Chomp Man and Forgotten Fortress.

Behavior

Baby Metalls bounce towards Mega Man slowly, unable to fire any shots. After a short while, they will self-destruct. The length of time (in frames) it takes for them to do so can be modified by setting the "explosion" variable in creation code.
