Tondeall is an enemy from Mega Man 5. It is a flying artillery robot.

Tondeall was first made available in the devkit for the original Make a Good Mega Man Level, where it appeared in the entries Chroma Key, Napalm Forest and Caves, and Hard to See Land, as well as the Wily stages Everything's Blowing Up and Flashback Database.

Tondeall returned in Make a Good Mega Man Level 2, where it appeared in the entries Jungle Base, Holy Crap, Mega Man Can Airslide?, Volcanic Furnace, Starman Recreation, Changeable Caverns, City Under Siege, and Escape Sequence, as well as the Wily stages Outer Space and Reality Core, and the Pit of Pits sub-levels "Chroma Key?", "Hot Liquid Sector", and "Stormy Ascent". It also appeared in the Make a Good Mega Man Level: Episode Zero levels Nocturnal Assault and Null and Void.

Behavior

Tondealls will fly back and forth in a fixed area, periodically firing spreads of two projectiles.

Tondealls have two creation code values:

  • moveDist - The distance the Tondeall will move before turning around. Default value is 32.
  • moveDir - The direction the Tondeall moves in. 0 (the default value) makes it move horizontally, 1 makes it move vertically, 2 makes it move diagonally right, and 3 makes it move diagonally left.

Damage Table

As Tondeall has only 1HP in all games following the original MaGMML, damage tables for Tondeall in all other games are omitted.
