Handoo is an enemy from Mega Man V. It is a robot resembling a waddling cyclops head with two large hands.
Handoo was first available with the release of the Megamix Engine, and thus the devkits for all games to use it. It debuted in Make a Good 48 Hour Mega Man Level, where it saw use in the entries Cossack's Playground, Celestial Resort, and Warehouse of Conveyors.

Behavior
Initally, Handoo will blink its eye once, deflecting any non-piercing weapons that hit it. It will then jump towards Mega Man and blink once again if the two are far enough apart from each other. If they're close together, then after blinking Handoo will fire its hands out at Mega Man, before relentlessly chasing after him. The hands cannot be destroyed by anything, but can be blown away with the Tornado Blow.
