Koopa Joe is an enemy from Make a Good Mega Man Level 2, found in SMB3 and the Wily stage Reality Core. It is a Sniper Joe with a body motifed after Bowser.

Behavior

Koopa Joes are little more than Returning Sniper Joe reskins, and act identically to them. They hide behind a shield that deflects most shots, only becoming vulnerable when they move to shoot up to three projectiles ahead of them. In SMB3, Koopa Joes only appear if a Koopa Hopper is destroyed; however, Kooper Joes appear independently in Reality Core.
