- "A robot seal that blows a ball on its nose, bounces it, then throws it at Mega Man. Don't get close, or it'll run after you."
- ―Note in Ou-Ou's code, Megamix Engine
Ou-Ou is an enemy from Mega Man V. It is a green mechanical sea lion that blows green balls from its nose.
Ou-Ou was first available with the release of the Megamix Engine, and thusly appeared in the devkits for all games built with it. The first to use Ou-Ou was Make a Good 48 Hour Mega Man Level, where they appeared in the level Curious Skymachine. In Make a Good Mega Man Level 3, no entries used Ou-Ou, and the enemy was almost entirely unused, save for one walled-off corner in the Shrine of Nebula room "Cuts & Scraps".

Behavior
Ou-Ous will attack in one of two ways, depending on Mega Man's proximity to them. If far away, they will inflate a green ball on their nose, bounce it a few times, then smack it forwards with their tail. While bouncing the ball, they can deflect non-piercing weapons. If Mega Man is close, however, they will waddle after him until he gets out of range, attempting to use their large size to body check him.
The speed at which an Ou-Ou's ball is thrown, as well as the distance required to trigger Ou-Ou's chase manoeuvre, can be set in creation code.
