Deispider is an enemy from Mega Man 9. It is a spider robot that crawls on ceilings and jumps after targets.

Deispider was first made available with the Megamix Engine, and subsequently the devkits for Make a Good Mega Man Level 3 and Make a Good 48 Hour Mega Man Level.

Behavior

Deispider crawls along ceilings until Mega Man draws close to them, at which point it drops to the ground and pursues him by jumping. While resting on the ground, it randomly chooses between jumping once, or jumping twice in succession, it always jumps a set distance unless if there is a wall.
