Malmet is an enemy from Mega Man V. It is an enemy that resembles a flying space helmet and can fly through space.
Malmet was first available with the release of the Megamix Engine, and subsequently the devkits for all games using it. It made its MaGMML game debut in Make a Good 48 Hour Mega Man Level, appearing only in the Cartel Hideout stage Hydrothermal Layer. It would return in Make a Good Mega Man Level 3, appearing in the entries Shape Woman and Falling System Core, and the NEO Pit of Pits sublevel "Did We Forget Something?".

Behavior
Malmets target Mega Man and relentlessly fly around him in a manner similar to Ring Rings, but periodically shoot small projectiles at him unlike the latter enemy.
