Submarine Flier is an enemy from Mega Man 6. It is a submarine robot created for use in both airborne and aquatic environments.
Submarine Flier was first available with the devkit for Make a Good Mega Man Level 2, where it appeared in the entry Chomp Man, as well as the Pit of Pits sublevels "Clouded Judgement" and "Paradrop". It would not be seen again until Make a Good 48 Hour Mega Man Level, where it appeared in the entries Deep Dark Temple and Cloudy City.

Behavior
Submarine Fliers fly in a small sine wave, covered by a cloud disguise. They reveal themselves and drop downward when at least one of four criteria is filled; they get close enough to Mega Man, he deals enough damage to them beforehand, they touch a wall, or they make contact with water. Once revealed, they swim (or fly, if no water is present) after Mega Man, occasionally lobbing small projectiles in an arc at him.
