Mega Man V is the fifth and final classic Mega Man game on the Game Boy. It makes several strong deviations from the previous Game Boy games. Instead of fighting bosses from the home console Mega Man game, Mega Man fights a brand new group of bosses named the Stardroids. Like the previous Game Boy games, only four stages can be accessed from the start, and beating them grants access to a middle stage, followed by four more stages before facing Terra (the leader of the Stardroids), concluding with a final stage with a battle against Dr. Wily. Instead of the Mega Buster, Mega Man's primary weapon is the Mega Arm, and he is given an additional companion in the form of Tango. Finally, although Dr. Wily is proven to be responsible for the game's events, the final boss is not Dr. Wily himself.

Representation in MaGMML

While the game lacked representation in MaGMML1, and received minimal representation in MaGMML2, Mega Man V was given immense amounts of representation in MaGMML3, to the point where every single enemy and miniboss from the game is present in the third contest's devkit.
