Gamarn and Gamadayu are a collective midboss from Mega Man 6. Gamarn (the frog) is a tank robot that attacks alongside its pilot, Gamadayu (the humanoid robot).

Gamarn and Gamadayu were first made available in the devkit for Make a Good Mega Man Level 2, where they appeared in the entries Quirky Unconsistent Incomprehensible Nonsensical Track, Colorful Hall, AD 2101, and Lava Factory, as well as the Wily stage Inner Sanctum, the Pit of Pits sub-level "You Gotta Be Kitten Me", and in Null and Void.

Behavior

Gamarn and Gamadayu will randomly choose between one of two attacks:

  • Gamadayu will throw two bombs in arcs, which create harmful explosions upon hitting the ground. Mega Man can safely avoid these explosions by standing between where the two bombs land.
  • Gamarn will fire a laser straight forward, which Mega Man can jump over or slide under.
