Rider Joe is an enemy from Mega Man 5. It is a Sniper Joe riding a marine bike.
Rider Joe was first made available in the devkit for Make a Good Mega Man Level 2, where it appeared in the entries Rush City and Chomp Man, as well as the Wily stage Inner Sanctum and the Pit of Pits room "Typical Miniboss Fights".
A Rider Joe appeared in Make a Good 48 Hour Mega Man Level as an NPC in the waters near the SS Elroy, but it otherwise went unused as an enemy. In Make a Good 48 Hour Mega Man Level, it appeared in the entries Gravaqua2o and Disobedience of Superior Machines.

Rider Joes simply move straight forward, periodically shooting a projectile. If they ever reach a wall, they will simply turn around.
