Palm Hopper is an enemy from Mega Man V. It is a small frog-like robot that attacks with missiles loaded into its head.

Palm Hopper was first available with the release of the Megamix Engine, and thusly appears in the devkits for Make a Good Mega Man Level 3 and Make a Good 48 Hour Mega Man Level. Its first appearance in a finished game was in Make a Good Mega Man Level: Episode Zero, where it appears in the levels Scorched Factory and Null and Void.

Behavior

Palm Hoppers jump towards Mega Man, and will shoot up to four missiles when they either jump a certain number of times, or if they get close to Mega Man. The missiles can be destroyed with various weapons.
