―Note in Lightning Lord's code, Megamix Engine

Lightning Lord is an enemy from Mega Man 2. It is a lightning-throwing robot without legs, usually riding on a Cloud Platform to move.

Lightning Lord was first made available in the devkit for Make a Good Mega Man Level 2, where it appeared the entry A Mega Man for All Seasons and the Pit of Pits sub-level "Clouded Judgement".

It reappeared in the Make a Good 24 Hour Mega Man Level Wily stage Abyss Balcony and the Make a Good Mega Man Level 3 Judge Application Level Gate 303.

Behavior

Lightning Lord will remain idle (or move alongside its Cloud Platform), periodically throwing lightning bolts in arcs.

Creation code can be used to decide whether or not a Lightning Lord will connect itself to the nearest Cloud Platform (default is false).
