Morning Joe is included in the Megamix Engine, and is planned to appear as a devkit enemy in Make a Good Mega Man Level 3 and Make a Good 48 Hour Mega Man Level. The enemy made its true MaGMML debut in the Make a Good Mega Man Level: Episode Zero stage Subterranean Stronghold.

Behavior

Morning Joes will swing their flails in the air, occasionally swinging them forward a certain distance. While Morning Joes themselves cannot deflect projectiles, their flails can absorb them.
