Katonbyon is an enemy from Mega Man 6. It is a transport robot shaped like a dragonfly, and used to drop bombs on enemies.

Katonbyon was first made available in the devkit for Make a Good Mega Man Level 2, where it appeared in the entries Chomp Man and Truffle Man, as well as the Pit of Pits sublevel "Tselinoyarsk 20XX". It also appeared in the Make a Good Mega Man Level: Episode Zero level Surveillance Canyon, and in Make a Good 48 Hour Mega Man Level as an enemy in one of Don Atetemino's mini-level boxes.

Katonbyon returned in Make a Good Mega Man Level 3, and was used in the entry Radium Man, as well as the NEO Pit of Pits sublevel "Do You Even Lift Off", and the Shrine of Nebula room "Watch for Rolling Rockmen".

Behavior

Katonbyon flies in one direction, and upon getting close enough to Mega Man, they drop a heavy bomb down in front of him before flying off. If the bomb hits the ground, it emits a large explosion capable of damaging Mega Man.
