Make a Good Mega Man Level 2

Parkour PARKOUR!
"ENOUGH! I've had enough shenanigans! I had this huge airship of doom built, and you just clear over 90 screens of death like it's nothing!'"
Toad Man, expressing his frustration at your parkour skills.

Hardcore Parkour is a Tier X level in Make a Good Mega Man Level 2, created by Entity1037. Much like Inner Sanctum, the player is forced to use certain weapons (specifically the non-Rush utility weapons: Wheel Cutter, Super Arrow, Sakugarne and Wire Adaptor) to progress through a long, challenging obstacle course designed to test your mastery of each weapons abilities and limitations. At the end, the player must fight Toad Man, who steals those weapons from you and uses them against you in a final duel.

Strategy

No Gear Section

You start the level with all your weapons locked and the Mega Buster disabled. Since you have no way to attack, all you can do is evade the Tellies and Totem Polens until you reach the end of the screen. Along the way you'll see the first Noble Nickel next to a high wall guarded by some Tellies, but you have no way of reaching it as you are so just continue on for now. At the end of this section, step into the glowing light to re-enable the Wheel Cutter. Before pressing onward, however, double back and use the Wheel Cutter to reach the Nickel you left behind.

Wheel Cutter Section

Continuing with the stage, you have to fall inward off a pair of ledges while using Wheel Cutter to save yourself, then use Wheel Cutter to climb up several walls of spikes. The next section introduces you to force currents that push the player in the direction they point towards, which can either hinder your movement or aid it. For the last one, jump at the very edge of the platform, then use Wheel Cutter to catch the opposite wall. Next, you must once again use Wheel Cutter to climb several spike walls, this time using the currents to rebound from one wall to the next. Make sure to stand slightly away from the first wall to lessen the distance to the second, and to make sure you don't collide with the spikes above you. After that you have to quickly climb a pair of Yoku Block walls as they form. The final challenge for the Wheel Cutter segment is a large pit with a Yoku bridge across it. The bridge lasts less than a second, so quickly slide across it to one of the divots in the ceiling, then immediately jump up and activate Wheel Cutter to cling to the side of the divot until the bridge reappears, then repeat until you've crossed the pit. Stepping in to the glowing light on the next screen deactivates Wheel Cutter and instead re-enables Super Arrow.

Super Arrow Section

Sakugarne Section

Wire Adaptor Section

All Your Powers Combined

You now have all four utility weapons at your disposal, so make good use of them. Use Super Arrow to cross the gap and climb up, then use Wheel Cutter to eliminate the Tellies and Totem Polens in your path before climbing up. For the next screen, use Sakugarne to cross the spiked floor and once you're pressed against the left wall, jump as high as you can then quickly switch to Wheel Cutter at the apex of your jump. Activate Wheel Cutter while your falling to scale the wall up to the next ledge, then make your way over to the ladder. On the next screen, use Super Arrow to eliminate the Gravitons and get to the other side, then climb up the wall with Super Arrows until you reach the next ledge. Next, use Wheel Cutter to climb a long shaft lined with alternating walls of Yoku spikes, by flicking from left to right onto the Yoku spikes as they appear, until you reach the top...

Toad Man

Your escape is cut short by the sudden appearance of Toad Man, who reveals that you're on his airship, constructed specifically to kill you. After venting his frustration that you've managed to last as long as you have, he angrily decides to just cut to the chase and fight you right here. The fight with Toad Man can be somewhat awkward do the the room layout and because you're more or less restricted to Wheel Cutter as your main attack weapon, but it shouldn't be too difficult. After easily trouncing Toad Man he suddenly becomes super powered and steals your utility weapons from you, leaving you, once again, without any equipment. He then decides to destroy his "useless airship", forcing you to run through another enemy gauntlet without any means to attack as the airship self-destructs. At the very end of the hallway is another glowing light that re-enables your Mega Buster, along with a Large Energy pellet and a teleporter. Step into the teleporter to face Toad Man's Revenge. It's worth noting that you only get one shot at defeating the boss properly in this stage; if you die and respawn, Toad Man self-destructs at the start of the fight, leaving behind the Energy Element.
