Pelicanu is an enemy from Mega Man 6. It is a pelican robot Dr. Wily built to deliver food to him, only to later modify for battle as a result of its tendency to drop its cargo.

Pelicanu was first made available in the devkit for the original Make a Good Mega Man Level, appearing in the entry The Quickening. In Make a Good Mega Man Level Remastered, it also appears in the redesigned Wily stage Flashback Database.

Pelicanu returned in Make a Good Mega Man Level 2, where it appeared in the entry The Dampening, as well as the Wily stage Reality Core, the Tier X stage The Quickening 2, and the Pit of Pits sublevel "Sea Breeze". It also appeared in the Make a Good Mega Man Level: Episode Zero level Force Facility, while a modified variant appeared in Contra Base. In Make a Good 48 Hour Mega Man Level, it appears in the entry Water Park Sup, and is among several enemies that Don Atetemino can summon during the final boss fight.

In Make a Good Mega Man Level 3, Pelicanu appears in the entry Y.M.C.A. and the Tier X level The Quickening 3D.

Behavior

Pelicanu flies overhead, stopping to open its beak and drop fish down onto Mega Man once it gets close enough to him. These fish will flop around for a few moments upon hitting the ground, before self-destructing after a short while. Landing into water will also instantly destroy them.

By changing the value of the "spd" variable in creation code, a Pelicanu's flight speed can be raised or lowered.
