Volt Man is a boss from the DOS version of Mega Man for the PC.
In Make A Good Mega Man Level 2 he appears as an NPC in Tier 9 and Tier 10. Furthermore, he also appears as a boss.
Volt Man is notable for appearing the most out of any of the devkit bosses, appearing in six stages. He appears in the submissions Wily Tower, Gigavolt Man, Poorly Named Level, and Cursor Curse (where he's accompanied by the Cursor spawning Tellies). He also appears as a boss in a Null and Void level that is based on his level from the PC games, as well as multiple times in SnoruntPyro's level for the Pit of Pits.
A modified version of Volt Man, called Volt Man MK2 appears in Tier X stage Nightwalk Castle.
Volt Man is also featured at the end of the Mega Arena as the boss Volt Man the Assimilator.
