- For the article on the enemy from Mega Man 10, see Dockalocker.
- "Right now, I'm in complete disarray! But this is the first step! I'll gain the composure to beat you! Composed, organized, efficient. Yes! This is... This is my first steeeeeeep!!!"
- ―Dockalocker, Make a Good 48 Hour Mega Man Level
Dockalocker is a member of the Box Cartel and one of the major antagonists of Make a Good 48 Hour Mega Man Level. He is a timid and easily flustered Dockalocker who is separated from others of his kind by an orange paint job and a fedora emblazoned with Dr. Wily's logo. Despite his crippling lack of self-esteem, he has a strong desire to prove his worth as the leader of the Box Cartel's reconnaissance unit – whose only other member is his friend Kamikamin.
Dockalocker boards the SS Elroy after Mega Man collects 30 Energy Elements, and is the second Box Cartel member he must face. He waits to duel him in Tier 4, and once defeated, he continues to appear in all the Box Cartel intermissions, gradually growing disloyal to Don Atetemino along with the rest of his cohorts. He makes a further appearance in the level Pandora's Parlor, where he is the second of the previously defeated Box Cartel gangsters to be refought.
Battle
Dockalocker attacks in a set pattern that loops back to the start. Frequently, he will appear from a random locker in the background; the direction he throws his fedora while closing his door helps telegraph where he will appear next.
- First, Dockalocker moves between three lockers, shooting an aimed projectile at Mega Man each time. He then appears in a fourth locker on either side, with seven flickering "shadow" Dockalockers appearing by the other possible lockers. All eight shoot aimed bullets at Mega Man almost simultaneously.
- Moving to the top of the room, Dockalocker shoots a large red projectile into the air, which explodes and releases a spread of eight bullets that move in a semi-spiral pattern. A pair of shadow Dockalockers on either side repeat this attack simultaneously.
- Dockalocker next moves to the bottom of the room, and quickly shoots a volley of nine aimed projectiles at Mega Man while at eye level with him.
- A ring of four shadow Dockalockers spins anticlockwise around Mega Man, while the real Dockalocker moves to either side of the room. Every other second, both Dockalocker and each shadow fires an aimed shot, though the two aren't always in perfect sync with each other. They repeat this up to four times. If Dockalocker is shot during this attack, he will counter by firing a shot at Mega Man.
- Finally, Dockalocker moves across multiple lockers while shadow Dockalockers appear en masse along the top of the room, each firing aimed shots at Mega Man (Dockalocker himself does not shoot). Once this attack ends, the pattern begins from the start.

Trivia
- Among the junk Dockalocker can throw out during his intro is the pipe seen on many Wily Castles, a green Inkling figure, a tiny Bubukan, a spider (very scary), and a Mega Ball.
