Also known as The Grey Isles, is the bonus Tier of Make a Good Mega Man Level 3. It is a bizarre archipelago where space-time is in constant flux, with many simulations acting as trials to seal away an ancient evil.
It is unlocked after collecting 224 Energy Elements from all 15 Tiers plus Wily Stadium, and then talking to the Decoy Wily Head at Victor Heights. Regal contacts Mega Man through the head to challenge him in stopping him. Michael then takes Mega Man to the Grey Isles, and though a local, reveals that Regal's presence has activated the Isles' security system, simulations. Mega Man must then pass the trials before him to reach Regal before it is too late.
Unlike in the previous Tier X, the Grey Isles are structured in "layers", each one forcing Mega Man to clear a certain number of levels in order to procced to the next layer.
