The Water Shield (ウォーターシールド Wōtā Shīrudo) is Pump Man's Special Weapon from Mega Man 10. Mega Man shoots out 8 water droplets which forms a circling shield around him. As the droplets hit objects they disappear leaving holes in the shield where there is the possibility to get hit. The shield can also be released in an expanding spiralling pattern outward to hit other objects as the droplets fly away. The shield also has the unusual ability to disarm the shields of Shield Attackers.
Due to the spacing of the droplets it is possible for Mega Man to be hit by shots which squeeze through them as it is spinning, albeit it rare.
