Blue Bomber Man is a boss from Make a Good Mega Man Level 3. He is a recolored, reprogrammed, and slightly upgraded version of Bomb Man. He appears at the end of Explosives Factory, and appears as an NPC in Tier 8 after clearing the Wily Stadium.
Battle
Blue Bomber Man fights similarly to Bomb Man: he will hop around his arena in an attempt to get far away from Mega Man and throws Hyper Bombs at him in volleys of three whenever he lands. Unlike vanilla Bomb Man, he jumps around slightly more often and is slightly more resistent to the Mega Buster and Magnetic Shockwave. During his higher jumps, he will throw a bomb straight up. Occasionally he will throw three bombs at once in a spread rather than in a volley; this is telegraphed by the bomb being cocked further back than normal and a sound effect playing.
