The Picopico-kun is a Wily Castle boss from Mega Man 2. Originally designed by Dr. Light as a security system for his laboratory, it impressed Dr. Wily enough to create his own version of it for his castle.
It will appear in Make a Good Mega Man Level 3 as a devkit boss.
