- "Oooooh yeah! Just look at these muscles! I'm huge! You really think you can take me on?"
- ―Rec Man, Make a Good Mega Man Level 3
Rec Man is a Robot Master from Make a Good Mega Man Level 3, found at the end of his titular stage's upper path. A waste recycling robot, he boasts physical strength and an ego to match, with wrestling being a favoured pastime of his. In addition to his strength, he can use the waste he collects as a weapon, with his trademark weapon being the Rec Can, a soda can that bounces off of surfaces.
After clearing the Wily Stadium, Rec Man appears as an NPC in Tier 14.
Battle
Rec Man primarily jumps in the air towards Mega Man while firing a piece of garbage at him. The garbage can be either a Rec Can that rebounds off surfaces, a glass bottle that shatters into two shards upon hitting the ground, or a scissor blade that flies fast and deals the most damage of the three. Alternatively, he can magnetize himself to the top of the arena and slide across it, firing three garbage projectiles at Mega Man at a time. After jumping four times, or using the magnet jump once, Rec Man will run or jump to one side of the room and use a vacuum within his chest, pulling Mega Man towards him alongside a set of large spheres. The spheres each restore 1 HP to Rec Man, but can be destroyed with weapons.
After depleting half of his health, Rec Man will turn invincible and perform three shoulder bashes across the entire room, each one preceded by a short hop. He will recover 4 HP if he hits Mega Man during this attack. After finishing the move, he will become vulnerable again and repeat his usual pattern, with the shoulder bash replacing the vacuum attack for the rest of the battle. Subsequent uses, however, lack the invincibility effect.

Notes
- Rec Man's name is a play on words, taking the first three letters from "recycle" while sounding like the word "wreck".
- Depending on Mega Man's current costume, Rec Man will use a different opening insult.
