The Minigolf Course is the fifth Tier in Make a Good 48 Hour Mega Man Level. It is a large indoor minigolf course onboard the SS Elroy, with multiple robots playing games of golf (despite its apparant lack of quality or good management). Among the green fields and stairs are immobile Golf Carts and sand bunkers that slow down Mega Man's movement.

This tier has the levels ranked from 69th to 60th.

• In the upper left corner of the tier is a room with two uniquely-designed Golf Carts and the missing third Baby Metall. However, it is inaccessible and can only be glimpsed.
• The Minigolf Course has more levels with Eddie than not just any other tier in MaG48HMML, but of all MaGMML tiers thus far, with him making appearances in all but three levels of the tier.
