The Ballroom is the sixth Tier in Make a Good 48 Hour Mega Man Level. It is the SS Elroy's designated dance hall, where passengers are invited to dance with each other. A few robots even give some questionably-useful advice on how to learn to dance. To the left of the elevator is a jukebox, which can play any song in the game provided that it has been unlocked first (typically by beating the stage the song plays in). The jukebox can also change the default music that plays in the hub, complete with altered versions for reading judge comments.

This tier has the levels ranked from 59th to 50th. Blocky of the Box Cartel appears here after Mega Man collects 50 Energy Elements, and he must be defeated in battle in order to continue the story.

• Scattered throughout the tier are balloons from Make a Good Mega Man Level 2's hub and Mega City from Make a Good Mega Man Level: Episode Zero. As in both games, they can be popped with weapons or by jumping on top of them, but there is no reward or effect for doing so.
• The Gorirou NPC uses a completely original name and palette not shared with any official Gori-Three variant.
