Wander Bell was first made available in the devkit for Make a Good Mega Man Level 2, where it appeared in the entries Cardinal Man and Misty Lake, as well as the Wily stage Reality Core, the Pit of Pits sub-level "Up And Down", and in Null and Void. It also appeared in the Make a Good 24 Hour Mega Man Level Wily stage Wily 3, and the Make a Good Mega Man Level: Episode Zero stages Nocturnal Assault and Null and Void.
In Make a Good 48 Hour Mega Man Level, it appeared in the levels Pint House Power House, Seahorse City, Combustible Quagmire, and Mmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmoon Base. The latter stage also included a unique Wander Bell in a bandana that serves as the stage's boss.
