- "Real trees from real forests. Home of FREE FISH Inc."
- ―Travel Brochure description, Make a Good Mega Man Level 3
The Pine Forest is the seventh Tier in Make a Good Mega Man Level 3. It is a large, open forest filled with tall pine trees and log cabins amidst a moonlit night sky. Several totem poles bearing torches in the background provide light for other robots, cheering others on in the Sixth Worldwide Sponsored Robot Tournament. The forest is also home to FREE FISH Inc. (also known as FRESH FISH Inc.), a marine research installation located underneath the forest. The tier loops back in on itself, making it easy to traverse.
This tier has the levels ranked from 105th to 94th. To unlock the Tier Boss, at least 7 Energy Elements from the tier's simulations are required.

Secrets
FREE FISH Inc.
To the left of The King's Lair is a tree trunk bearing a "FRESH FISH Inc." sign and a locked door. To enter it, Mega Man needs to find the Damp Keycard item by shooting a spot in a tree next to Poudrin Man, where leaves will constantly be falling. With the keycard, Mega Man can access FREE FISH Inc., a research installation run by Reel Man. By speaking to the Fish Fiend, Mega Man will obtain the Marine Compendium, which will be filled with various fish and fish-adjacent enemies that the Bait Bobber can capture. The facility also contains a monitor on the far right, which will display the compendium when interacted with. Finally, FREE FISH Inc. also hosts the bonus level Reel Man, starring the Make a Good Mega Man Robot Master winner of the same name.
Hidden Plushie
Snake Man and Pluto can be found on either side of a campfire close to Fairly Unfocused Newcomer's Bosses And Gimmicks Stage. This campfire is a harmless version of the Napalm gimmick, and can be similarly extinguished using the Water Shield or Tornado Blow. Doing this will cause the tier's hidden plushie capsule to appear.
Toad Dummy
After initiating the Toad Dummy sidequest, Tier 7's Toad Dummy can be found directly above Hazard Hydro. The ceiling above the teleporter is fake, and by reaching into it using the Rush Coil or a similar utility, the dummy will appear and drop to the ground. This dummy is weakest against the Beet Tiller, although the Thunder Beam also inflicts considerable damage.

Trivia
- The Potem Tolen outside the Tier Boss teleporter can have its torch relit using the Lantern Flare; doing so gives it unique dialogue.
- After obtaining the Wonder Hook and clearing Shrine of Nebula, the FRESH FISH Inc. sign will change to read "FREESH FISH Inc." instead.
- Prior to v1.1, the collection of Mega Man vs. Street Fighter enemies could not be spoken to, and were merely a sight gag while sliding through their hidden passage.
