The Tornado Blow (トルネードブロウ Torunēdo Burou) is Tornado Man's Special Weapon from Mega Man 9. With it, Mega Man summons multiple small tornadoes and an upward wind; the latter of which can blow away low health enemies, damage larger ones for 4 units of damage, activate Copter Platforms, and allow Mega Man to jump higher while active.
The high usage cost of the Tornado Blow ties it with the Astro Crush for the third most expensive Special Weapon to use in the classic Mega Man series. It is also one of the few weapons that does not have enough energy to defeat the boss it is weak against, unless fired when they are jumping (though this requires frame precise timing).
Make a Good Mega Man Level 3
The Tornado Blow is one of the weapons voted to appear in Make a Good Mega Man Level 3. It remains mostly accurate to its Mega Man 9 appearance, though it deals four points of damage to every enemy it hits (with "Fire", "Flying", and "Floating" enemes receiving six points), making it even more effective at clearing a field of enemies.
