- "Watch us make our very own power. How? It's a secret!"
- ―Travel Brochure description, Make a Good Mega Man Level 3
The Power Factory is the twelfth Tier in Make a Good Mega Man Level 3. It is a sprawling electrical power plant used as a gauntlet in the Sixth Worldwide Sponsored Robot Tournament, although nobody is quite sure how the electricity is generated. Several walls within the plant are marked with lightning bolt symbols; some of these can be walked through and used as shortcuts. Unsurprisingly, more than a few of the robots here are electrical in nature.
This tier has the levels ranked from 46th to 35th. To unlock the Tier Boss, at least 7 Energy Elements from the tier's simulations are required.

Secrets
Static Room
In the top-left corner of the tier, above Gravity Wumbo and hidden behind a secret passageway, is a Sheep Conveyor. By running on it, a Sheep Platform to the left of Nowhere yet everywhere: When the world may loop will lose power and swing down, opening access to a hidden passage. Inside is a teleporter, leading to a secret laboratory run by Static Man, where he and a number of other robots are busy researching static electricity.
| Stage Name | Creator | Elements | Trickster Tokens |
|---|---|---|---|
| Static Man | Big Fish, CSketch, rcrdcat |
Power Conduit
Between Gravity Wumbo and the entrance to the Tier Boss is a large power conduit, which must be destroyed to proceed. Once destroyed, the tier will suffer a power cut, causing the lighting to dim and the music to lose most of its instruments. All NPCs within the tier will have new dialogue to reflect the sudden loss of power, and fake lightning bolt tiles will turn a bright orange, making them more visible.
Hidden Plushie
A plushie capsule is hidden inside a small lightning bolt panel below Guitar Man. It is impossible to physically access it; the only way to obtain it is to use the Propeller Vortex in a small alcove directly below it.
Toad Dummy
After initiating the Toad Dummy sidequest, Tier 12's Toad Dummy can be found hanging on the underside of one of the Junk Platforms at the far right of the tier, but only while the power conduit is non-functional. The most effective weapon to use on the dummy is the Electro Cable.
