- "Care to wager? Entrust your future to the cards."
- ―Travel brochure description, Make a Good Mega Man Level 3
The Magic Card Casino is a hub area that appears in Make a Good Mega Man Level 3. It is a large casino owned by Magic Man, and is accessible as soon as the Travel Brochure is obtained, although Mega Man is at no point forced to visit it. It is similar to Chateau Chevaleresque from Make a Good Mega Man Level 2, albeit greatly expanded into its own area. The casino hosts a wide variety of minigames and NPCs, each of which gradually become available as the game progresses. It is also here that Mega Man can exchange Trickster Tokens he finds in the simulations with Chance Man for a suite of helpful upgrades.

- Roulette: Bet Black, Red, or 0 to win Bolts.
- Solitaire: Play a game of Klondike solitaire for Bolts and Capsules.
- Rock'n Wars: Pick any of the 6 original Robot Masters, then stand on their respective positions and shoot the machine at the left. It will randomly pick the opposite Robot Master that is either weak to or resistant against the chosen Robot Master.
- Big Pets Stacker!: A mini-game based on the Stacker redemption arcade game that tasks the player with building a tower of Big Pets segments, with them getting thinner over time as well as when put on an edge of the tower. Get to the top to win Bolts and Capsules!
- Bottle Breaker: Aim the cursor with the movement buttons, then shoot at the bottles.
- Magnet Climb: Using an infinite Magnet Beam, see how long you can stay in the air before you fall. Rewards increase the higher you get.
- Rift Wanderer: Talk to Not Napalm Man in Sheriff's Jailhouse to obtain a silver membership card. You're given a limited amount of ammo for each Special Weapon, and you have to clear 24 Rifts without spending this ammo prematurely. Bonuses apply for both time and amount of enemies defeated in a single shot. Rift Wanderer can also be played with Contest Weapons once they've been unlocked.
- Pharaoh's Challenge: Talk to Dark Juggler in World-Class Gym to obtain a gold membership card, and purchase the Altered Key from Chance Man to obtain the Contest Weapons. Using Electro Cable and Track Shoes with infinite ammo, scale the randomly generated pyramid and reach the top. Beware of curses that will impede your progress. Rewards increase the higher you get.
