Blue Bomber Man is a boss from Make a Good Mega Man Level 3. He is a recolored, reprogrammed, and slightly upgraded version of Bomb Man. He appears at the end of Explosives Factory.
Battle
Blue Bomber Man fights much like Bomb Man. He will hop around his arena in an attempt to get far away from Mega Man and throws Hyper Bombs at him whenever he lands. He throws them in volleys of three at a time, and the bombs explode on contact with the ground. The explosion radius of the Hyper Bomb is very big, making it somewhat harder to avoid. During his higher jumps, he will throw a bomb straight up, which again explodes on contact with the ground. Occasionally he will throw three bombs at once in a spread rather than in a volley; this is telegraphed by the bomb being cocked further back than normal and a sound effect playing to warn the player. Due to tweaks to his AI, he jumps around slightly more often than the original Bomb Man.
Compared to Bomb Man, he takes less damage from the Mega Buster, and is slightly more resistant to the Magnetic Shockwave (taking 5 damage instead of 6), making for a slightly longer battle.

Mostly unchanged except for the Mega Buster and Magnetic Shockwave, which have slightly reduced effectiveness (but the latter still counts as a weakness).

Trivia
- The boss's name is meant to be a play on Mega Man's moniker, the "Blue Bomber"; this is referenced in the dialogue that plays when Mega Man encounters Blue Bomber Man in the level Explosives Factory.
- In his opening dialogue, the boss claims to be "tougher, nimbler, and [has] a few tricks up [his] sleeve" compared to the original Bomb Man. These are all technically true, if only marginally:
- Tougher: The boss does have more resistance to the Mega Buster and takes one extra hit from the Magnetic Shockwave.
- Nimbler: The boss has a tweaked AI, resulting in him jumping slightly more often.
- A few tricks: The boss now throws a bomb upward at the peak of his high jump, and sometimes throws three bombs at once in a spread rather than his standard volley of multiple bombs thrown in a row.
- The boss was originally meant to have the cutscene play only the first time the player faced Blue Bomber Man during a run, but the level creator couldn't figure out how to get the dialogue to trigger only the first time and not again. The level creator did get as far as coding a bypass to the dialogue (so that if placed without creation code, the boss would simply start the fight without dialogue); this is what happens in the Boss Gallery and in custom Arenas.
