General Kelbesque is a villain from the NES game Crystalis. He is one of the "finest four" members of the Empire of Draygonia, and the first of the four fought in the game. He focuses on using his strength to engage in physical combat or disrupt the terrain of the area and use the resulting debris to attack the player character.

He appears in Make a Good Mega Man Level 2 as the boss of Mount Sabre.

Battle

Kelbesque has an incredibly simple pattern. He will randomly pick between jumping to Mega Man's location, or summoning a cluster of rocks that fly in Mega Man's direction.
