Final Toad is a boss from Make a Good Mega Man Level 2. He has the appearance of Toad Man, but a different pattern. He appears as the boss of Smed's Big Annoying Mess of a Level.

Battle

Final Toad has a very simple pattern. He will constantly jump to Mega Man's position, shooting small projectiles to his left and right each time he lands, and creating an Acid Drop halfway through each jump.
