The Holo Dragon is a boss in Make a Good Mega Man Level 2. It is a hologram designed after the Mecha Dragon, with different horns, wings, and arms, plus a set of scales on the back. It appears as the first boss fought in Reality Core.
Battle
The Holo Dragon's arena has three blocks in increasingly elevated positions, which are important for dodging certain attacks. The Holo Dragon's pattern begins by using one of two attacks twice in a row:
- Aim a skull-shaped crosshair at Mega Man. After an audio cue, the crosshair will freeze and Holo Dragon will breathe a stream of fire at it.
- Breathe a fireball that explodes into 8 more fireballs upon contact with a surface or the screen edge.
After one of these attacks is done twice, the Holo Dragon will charge forward, either high enough that Mega Man must slide underneath the dragon to dodge, or low enough that Mega Man must stand on the topmost block to dodge. The Holo Dragon will loop back onto the screen from the right, and its pattern will repeat.
