Neon Man is a boss in Make a Good Mega Man Level 2 who appears in his namesake stage.
Besides his appearance as a boss in MaGMML2, Neon Man also makes a cameo appearance in the credits sequence of Make a Good Mega Man Level: Episode Zero, where he is seen standing in a line composed of other MaGMML2 Robot Masters within Mega City's Robot Museum.
Battle
Neon Man starts the battle by turning the room into a scrolling city background and firing a wide spread shot of four lasers. He then picks randomly between four moves:
- Fire a wide spread shot of four lasers.
- Fire a narrow spread shot of four lasers angled upwards.
- Run to the other side of the room. While doing this, an Apache Joe flies by and drops a bouncing red orb that follows Mega Man, will explode on contact with walls, and can be destroyed in one hit with the Mega Buster.
- Jump forwards. Neon Man will always use this after his running attack.
