Secrets
- Upon completing the Wily Star II, the statues of The Moon, Birdo, and Glass Man begin to glow. They can be fought by pressing up next to the statue when this happens. The statues stop glowing upon beating them, though they can still be refought.
- After collecting 111 Energy Elements, Tier X is unlocked, and can be accessed by jumping on Launch Man's back.

- The top four stages all received a 39 from one judge, which was the lowest score that level received; 1st place received a 39 from Enjl, 2nd place received a 39 from JupiHornet, 3rd place received a 39 from Garirry, and 4th place received a 39 from ACESpark.
