Rainbow Road is the tenth and final tier of Make a Good Mega Man Level 2, hosting the top 10 stages as well as all of the judge favorites. It consists of gold and rainbow-colored platforms suspended in space with golden decorations, such as statues. This area is adorned with many pillars.

There are also many statues of other characters, such as Duo, Auto, and Roll.
Secrets
- Upon completing the Wily Star II, the statues of The Moon, Birdo, and Glass Man begin to glow. They can be fought by pressing up next to the statue when this happens. The statues stop glowing upon beating them, though they can still be refought.
- After collecting 111 Energy Elements, Tier X is unlocked, and can be accessed by jumping on Launch Man's back.
Trivia
- The top four stages all received a 39 from one judge, which was the lowest score that level received; 1st place received a 39 from Enjl, 2nd place received a 39 from JupiHornet, 3rd place received a 39 from Garirry, and 4th place received a 39 from ACESpark.
- 5th place also received its lowest score from the only judge not mentioned, SnoruntPyro. It was given a 34 from her.
- Eight of the ten stages received scores of 40 or higher from at least four judges. The exceptions are Boil Man, which received a 38 and a 39, and Cyber Man, which received two 39s.
- Tier 10 is the only Tier in the game that is home to a collab entry, Haunt Man.
