Solar Man is a boss from Mega Man 10. Originally designed to work in a sunlight research lab, he was infected with the Roboenza virus, causing him to go berserk.

He appears in the original Make a Good Mega Man Level as an NPC in Dr. Light's Lab, in Make a Good Mega Man Level 2 as an NPC in Tier 7, and in Make a Good Mega Man Level: Episode Zero as an NPC in Mega City.

Solar Man was added as a devkit boss in the Megamix Engine, and subsequently appears as a devkit boss in Make a Good Mega Man Level 3.

He first appears as a boss in Make a Good 48 Hour Mega Man Level, where he is the boss of IHOPEIWIN (alongside Chill Man), Flaming Fortress, and Spicy Top Action (alongside Top Man). He also appears as a reskinned boss in Frigid Inferno.

Battle

Solar Man attacks by jumping around the arena, throwing down Solar Blazes the farther he jumps (for a maximum of two at a time). Occasionally, he will lean his head down towards Mega Man; both as a means of close-range combat, and to shield himself. If the sun on top of his head is shot, it will grow in size, making the next thrown Solar Blaze larger and more powerful. However, the Water Shield, Tornado Blow, and Rain Flush have the opposite effect, shrinking/removing the sun and diminishing the Solar Blaze's power (though Solar Man will eventually restore it back to normal).

By default, Solar Man's sun is set to its medium level, but in creation code, the variable "sunLevel" can determine how large or small it is by default. In addition, setting "canPraise" to true allows Solar Man to launch three falling Solar Blazes into the air if he reaches the edges of the arena.
