- "Cardinal Man will not be joining us due to technical difficulties. Sorry. He got Chill Man and Big Eye to fill in for him. Chill Man refuses to touch the Energy Element"
- ―a sign, Cardinal Man
Chill Man is a boss from Mega Man 10. Built to stop glacial melting caused by global warming, he is infected with Roboenza, goes berserk, and eventually revealed to be controlled by Dr. Wily during the game's events. He was included in the devkit of Make a Good Mega Man Level 2 as an example of a boss with an attack that could freeze Mega Man in place. He appears in three levels: Cardinal Man, Crystal Lab, and Nitrogen Man. He also appears in the intro for Misty Lake, although he isn't in the stage itself.
Chill Man would later appear in Make a Good Mega Man Level: Episode Zero as an NPC in Mega City, and in Make a Good 48 Hour Mega Man Level as the boss of IHOPEIWIN (alongside Solar Man) and Ice Treatment Facility.
Like all MaGMML2 devkit bosses, Chill Man returns in the Megamix Engine, and is planned to appear as a devkit boss for Make a Good Mega Man Level 3. He also appears as one of the bosses in the Megamix Engine's Example Game.

Battle[edit]
Make a Good Mega Man Level 2[edit]
Chill Man by default mimics the Hard Mode incarnation of his AI from Mega Man 10. He will run back and forth around the arena, occasionally jumping. Sometimes, he will use one of the following attacks:
- Chill Man will fire two or three Chill Spikes out of a buster.
- Chill Man will jump into the air and fire five Chill Spikes downward in a fan shape.
Chill Man was customizable. The number of Chill Spikes he will shoot and whether or not he uses his fan attack can both be changed independently. However no one took advantage of this feature during the contest, and all contestants that used Chill Man used his Hard Mode variant.
Megamix Engine[edit]
By default, he will now only shoot two Chill Spikes at a time, and will not use his aerial Chill Spike attack. In the Example Game, Chill Man will shoot only one Chill Spike on Easy Mode, and shoot three Chill Spikes on Hard Mode, where he may also use his aerial Chill Spike attack.
